Sunday Is Not a Day of Rest…

… or at least it wasn’t for my muscles anyhow.

Normally I vary between Wednesdays and Sundays being my day off of lifting but this week I found myself overwhelmed with the necessities of everyday life and wound up cutting workouts short more times than I would have liked.

So I snuck this gem of a workout in this morning and I feel like it may have made up for my semi slacked and lazy day yesterday.  Hopefully you are all having a great start to your week full of sweat and glory :)
